Payments, Refunds & Disputes
Last updated: July 26, 2026
1. General Provisions
This Payment, Refund and Dispute Policy sets out the main terms governing payments made through the PAY4FUN platform, the transfer of funds to Sellers, refunds to Buyers, and the resolution of disputes relating to Orders.
This Policy forms an integral part of PAY4FUN’s Terms and Conditions.
2. Payments
Payment for an Order on the PAY4FUN platform is made using the payment methods available on the platform and is processed through a partner payment service provider.
Following successful payment, the Transaction amount is temporarily held by the payment service provider, and the transfer of funds to the Seller is carried out in accordance with this Policy and other applicable PAY4FUN rules.
PAY4FUN does not hold, own, or manage Users’ funds.
3. Transfer of Funds to the Seller
Funds are transferred to the Seller upon successful completion of the Transaction.
A Transaction is considered successfully completed when the Seller fulfils the Order and the Buyer confirms receipt of the product or service through the PAY4FUN platform, or when the Order is automatically deemed completed in accordance with this Policy.
The applicable PAY4FUN commission may be deducted from the amount payable to the Seller in accordance with the Seller Agreement.
4. Refunds
The amount paid by the Buyer will be refunded in full in the following cases:
• Cancellation of the Order by the Seller — the Seller may cancel the Order before transferring the product or commencing performance of the service. In such case, the amount paid by the Buyer will be refunded in full;
• Resolution of a Dispute in favour of the Buyer — if PAY4FUN, following its review of the Dispute, decides in favour of the Buyer, the amount paid will be refunded to the Buyer in full.
If a Dispute is resolved in favour of the Seller, no refund will be issued and the Transaction amount will be transferred to the Seller in accordance with the applicable platform rules.
PAY4FUN does not provide partial refunds.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are made to the same payment method used by the Buyer to make the relevant payment.
Refunds are processed through a partner payment service provider. The time required for the refunded amount to be credited to the User’s account may depend on the payment service provider, bank, or payment method used.
PAY4FUN is not responsible for delays caused by a bank, payment service provider, or other relevant financial institution after the refund has been processed.
6. Initiating a Dispute
After the Seller confirms fulfilment of the Order, the Buyer may:
• confirm receipt of the product or service; or
• dispute the Order if the product or service has not been received in full or if the product or service received does not correspond to the terms agreed between the Buyer and the Seller.
Once a Dispute is initiated, the Order enters the review process and PAY4FUN makes a decision in accordance with this Policy.
7. Dispute Period and Buyer Inactivity
The Buyer may dispute an Order within 48 hours after the Seller confirms fulfilment of the Order.
If, within this period, the Buyer neither confirms receipt of the product or service nor disputes the Order, the Order will automatically be deemed completed.
After the 48-hour period has expired, it will no longer be possible to initiate a Dispute in relation to the relevant Order through the PAY4FUN platform.
8. Dispute Review and Evidence
When reviewing a Dispute, PAY4FUN assesses the information and evidence provided by the Buyer and the Seller.
PAY4FUN may take into account, among other things:
• communications between the parties through the PAY4FUN platform;
• information relating to the Order and its fulfilment;
• screenshots, photographs, or other electronic materials;
• information confirming the transfer of the product or performance of the service;
• any other information provided by the parties that is relevant to the particular Dispute.
PAY4FUN may request additional information or evidence from the parties that is necessary to resolve the Dispute and may set a reasonable deadline for its submission.
If a party fails to provide the requested information or evidence within the specified period, PAY4FUN may review the Dispute based on the information available to it.
9. Dispute Decision
PAY4FUN reviews each Dispute individually, taking into account the information and evidence provided, the circumstances of the Order, and the applicable platform rules.
Following its review of the Dispute, PAY4FUN makes a decision in favour of either the Buyer or the Seller.
If the decision is made in favour of the Buyer, the amount will be refunded to the Buyer in full. If the decision is made in favour of the Seller, the amount will be transferred to the Seller in accordance with this Policy.
10. Abuse of the Dispute Process
Using the Dispute process for fraudulent purposes, submitting false information or evidence, falsifying evidence, or otherwise abusing the Dispute process is prohibited.
In such cases, PAY4FUN may take appropriate measures against the User in accordance with the applicable platform rules.
11. Right of Withdrawal
By making a payment, the Buyer confirms that they wish performance of the Order to begin immediately and acknowledges that, in cases provided for by applicable law, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
This does not restrict the Buyer’s right to receive a refund in the circumstances provided for under this Policy.
